1. Making an Ejay Mix Sound Less Obviously Ejay One thing that will cause a mix to be scored badly ( and in fact the mix will be of lower standard to the commercial world too if this is the case ) on Ejay will be over-use of the same arrangement of instruments. Illustrated below is an initially catchy musical phrase, which becomes less interesting towards the end as it has been repeated too many times without variation. I call this making music by numbers, or sounding Ejay, as this is what a lot of beginner artists do.
